batjee Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using Our Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and batjee ("batjee", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the batjee website at batjee.bar, including all games, sports betting markets, account services, payment processing, bonuses, and any other features or functionality provided by batjee.

By registering an account, accessing any page on batjee.bar, placing any bet, or making any deposit or withdrawal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Account" means the personal registered account held by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time.

• "MFS" means mobile financial services, including but not limited to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• "BDT" or "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all account balances and transactions are denominated on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification procedures batjee applies to user accounts.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use an account on batjee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You reside in a jurisdiction where accessing and using online gaming services of the type offered by batjee is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You do not already hold an active or previously suspended batjee account.
• You are not a batjee employee, contractor, or the immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not been self-excluded from the Platform under any responsible gaming arrangement.

batjee reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to supply satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

3. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. batjee strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

You agree to notify batjee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. batjee will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

batjee reserves the right to suspend any account where suspicious access activity is detected, pending investigation, without prior notice to the account holder.

4. Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on batjee is ৳500. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. batjee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

batjee will use reasonable efforts to credit deposits to your Account promptly after confirmation from the relevant MFS provider. batjee is not responsible for delays caused by MFS downtime, network congestion, or issues on the payment provider's side.

batjee reserves the right to reject any deposit if it has reason to believe the funds originate from unlawful activity, or if the deposit would cause the account balance to exceed any applicable limit. Rejected deposits will be returned via the original payment method.

5. Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount on batjee is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same MFS wallet used for deposits wherever possible. batjee may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.

Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours under normal operating conditions. batjee makes no guarantee of processing time in circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including MFS outages or regulatory requests.

Winnings that are generated through any bonus or promotional offer will be subject to the specific wagering requirements communicated at the time of the offer. Withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is only available once applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.

batjee reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending the completion of KYC verification or an investigation into suspected fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

batjee may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, loyalty rewards, and other promotional incentives to eligible users. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is active.

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn.
• Only one active bonus may be held in an account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• batjee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including but not limited to bonus splitting, multi-accounting, or use of automated betting — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may lead to account suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.

7. Betting Rules & Game Play

All bets placed on batjee are subject to these Terms and to any game-specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Bets once confirmed and accepted by the platform are final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the user.
• In the event of a software malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome of a game or the recording of a bet, batjee reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's account.
• batjee uses certified RNG technology for all casino games. Results are statistically random and independent of any previous outcome.
• For sports betting markets, batjee follows industry-standard settlement rules. Unsettled bets in the event of match postponement or cancellation are subject to specific event rules communicated within the sportsbook.
• batjee reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts, maximum winnings per bet, or maximum aggregate winnings per period for any user, without prior notice.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the batjee platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or sporting event.
• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human means to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or technical fault to obtain a financial advantage.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or proceeds of crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing batjee staff or other users.

In the event of any prohibited conduct being detected, batjee reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account, void all pending bets, forfeit all account balances, and take such further action — including reporting to relevant authorities — as batjee deems appropriate.

9. Responsible Gaming

batjee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides the following tools to help users maintain control over their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Reductions to limits take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. batjee makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the availability, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or its content.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit batjee's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the batjee Platform — including but not limited to the batjee brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, text, software code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of batjee or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without the prior written consent of batjee.

Game software and content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used by batjee under licence.

12. Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your batjee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered MFS wallet within 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

batjee reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC, or inactivity. In the event of closure for cause, batjee may withhold account balances pending investigation.

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. batjee may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee to inactive accounts as notified in the account, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated by the holder.

13. Amendments to These Terms

batjee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, batjee will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to registered account holders. Continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at batjee.bar/terms-conditions.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the batjee Platform shall first be referred to batjee's customer support team for informal resolution. batjee aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts competent to hear the matter, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws that may apply in your jurisdiction.

batjee's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
